Rule 92
Pension Procedure
(1) An employee who is compulsorily retired due to age or length of service should send the prescribed form to the library through the secretariat 6 months before the date of retirement.
(2) If the employee dies without being able to fill the form as per sub-rule (1), the deceased employee's desired person and if not desired, the surviving member of his/her family shall send the form to the concerned authority within six months in the following order:-
(a) Spouse of Sagol,
(b) Son, unmarried daughter, adopted son, unmarried adopted daughter or widowed son-in-law,
(c) Sagol's father, mother,
(d) In the case of male employees and unmarried female employees, dependent children, grandchildren, and in the case of married female employees, mother-in-law, father-in-law and son-in-law's grandson,
(e) spouse living separately,
(f) estranged son, unmarried daughter, adopted son, unmarried adopted daughter or widowed son-in-law,
(g) Father and mother living separately,
(h) Sagol's brother, brother and son's unmarried granddaughter,
(i) Sagol's unmarried elder, sister and married daughter,
(j) Sagol's nephews, nieces, step-mothers, grandsons from estranged sons, unmarried granddaughters,
(k) Sagol's uncle, widowed aunt, brother-in-law, brother-in-law, grand-daughter-in-law,
(l) Siblings living separately, brother,
(D) Married sister, brother-in-law, grand-daughter-in-law, nephew living separately. Explanation :- If more than one relative is designated at the same time, all the relatives designated in that order will be entitled to receive the pension of the deceased employee in Damasahi.
(3) After receiving the form according to sub-rule (1) or (2), the civil library shall issue a pension certificate to the retired employee or the relative of the deceased employee who is entitled to pension. The person who sends the form for pension should send it in writing to the civil library and send it to the concerned person within thirty five days so that the person concerned can receive it.
